Stephen Strasburg vs. Bryce Harper

Phenom- a person of phenomenal ability or promise. If you have never heard of Stephen Strasburg or Bryce Harper here is alittle back round. They both play baseball and they both are...humm how do you say this amazing. Strasburg is a right handed pitcher for San Diego State and Harper is a...well everything for Las Vegas High School. Strasburg throws fastballs clocking in at 100 for a whole game and Harper hits 570 feet home runs. Strasburgs record for pitching is 31-1 and is supposed to go first overall in the MLB draft and Harper well he is only 16 and already has big league MLB scouts on his nuts. These guys have taken a sport and mastered everything there is to know about it. But can they live up to the hype. How long until they are no longer amazing and just average. I want to see both of them do amazing but how many people heard of David Wright before the Mets. Or Randy Johnson before he was in the MLB. Both of the those players are MLB greats but weren't big name. So have we as sports fans just seen the peak the careers for strasburg and Harper or are we witness to greatness?

How can you be an expert on something you can't ever prove? Oh I feel just awful that the dinosaur experts have labeled you Tyrannosaurus Rex, as a meat eating jerk. How could we ever know. OK. Some might say that because of the fossils, we can tell what they are and everything about them. I agree to some extent. Yes you can tell what they look like but how do we know that Mr. T Rex was not bullied by other Dino's. Come on that's just not right. He/She was most likely picked on for having short arms or such a large head. But no, no, some expert on wicked old bones thinks they know what life was like when creatures like that walked the earth. Yeah right and there are giant moving plates underneath the dirt.

" I swear to God", what does that even mean? Is it Gods fault the person in front of you is not driving the speed limit? Is it Gods fault your favorite team didn't win? What are you swearing anyway? " I swear God, if you don't make this person speed up I'm going to...? come up there... and yell at you. I think about this but I'm also the first person to say it. I found myself today asking God to forgive me because i committed a sin. But what did I do only seconds later. I swore that if he didn't do something for me I would, I would,........ do nothing? I guess I just wimped out.
